Our Vitamin B complex helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue, as well as supporting the body’s normal energy yielding metabolism. - Our Vitamin B complex is formulated with eight different vitamins. The eight B vitamins are: B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B9 (folate or folic acid) and B12 (cobalamin).
- Vitamin C - also known as ascorbic acid - can be found in lots of different fruits and vegetables including oranges, lemons, kiwi fruits, grapefruit, peppers, strawberries, and tomatoes.

The safety and quality of our products is very important to us. As a precautionary measure
we are recalling our H&B Super Strength Complete Vitamin B Complex after we identified a
batch that may contain glucosamine, which is harvested from shellfish. This means that the
product could be a risk to people with crustacean allergies.
We are writing to you as we believe you have recently purchased this product between 25th
October and 7th November 2023. If you have a crustacean allergy, please do not consume
this product and return it to your nearest Holland & Barrett store for a full refund.
You should not hesitate to seek medical advice if you have taken this product and it has
made you unwell. For any other concerns or questions, or to make contact with one of our
qualified Nutritionists, please visit our Customer Help Centre at www.hollandandbarrett.com
We would like to reassure you that no other Holland & Barrett products are affected by this
issue. As part of our rigorous health and safety process we check the quality and safety of
each and every batch of our products, and so we can very quickly react to make sure any

“I have been using the H&B slow release B complex for years as it was a great product. Sadly the tablets are now far too big with sharp edges and I find them very uncomfortable to swallow. I’m very sad about this and am finding it hard to find a replacement as good.”
