What is it?

Holland & Barrett’s two a day Tribiotic is a pre-, pro- and post- complex, containing a carefully selected blend of clinically studied bacteria chosen specifically for the gut and vaginal microbiome. While both the gut and vaginal microbiomes contain similar strains of bacteria, they are not entirely the same, with the vagina relying more heavily on high levels of Lactobacillus, which are thought to produce lactic acid. This is why we’ve created a formula that contains specific bacterial strains to supplement those naturally found in the vaginal microbiome. Cranberries are packed with A-type proanthocyanidins, also known as condensed tannins, which research has shown can play an important part in women’s health.
