What is it?
Holland & Barrett Lutigold Lutein capsules contain the plant-based carotenoids: lutein, meso-zeaxanthin, zeaxanthin – the pigments in fruits and vegetables that give them a yellow or reddish hue. Lutein is not made in the body, so it can only be obtained through your diet or lutein supplements.

What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?
- Carotenoids can’t be made in our bodies; therefore, you may find it useful to take carotenoid supplements or make sure to consume carotenoid-rich foods like parsley, spinach, kale, broccoli, and peas. Even though carotenoids make up yellow and reddish hues in some fruits and vegetables, they’re found mostly in dark-green leafy vegetables! The dark-green lutein and zeaxanthin pigments are simply disguised by the chlorophyll in leafy green vegetables.

Long term intake of amounts greater than 4mg daily of Manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Change of urine colour whilst taking this product is perfectly normal due to the presence of Vitamin B2. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.
