Taking CBD oil
Taking CBD oil could not be easier. Just put a few drops of Jacob Hooy CBD Oil 5% 10ml under your tongue, two or three times a day, up to a maximum of 10 drops per day.
Leave the oil in your mouth for approximately one minute, before swallowing.
If you are new to supplementing with CBD, then you should start with a lower CBD oil dosage and build this up.
The ideal dose will vary from person to person and so give it a go and find out what feels right for you.
CBD Oil has a distinctive taste. If you are not keen on this then just take a few sips of water after taking the oil and the taste will be gone within seconds.
Jacob Hooy CBD Oil has a less bitter and earthy taste than other oils, as it is made using targeted extraction which means that the chlorophyll is removed.

Directions:
Put a few drops under the tongue 2-3 times a day. Max 10 drops. Leave the oil in the mouth for 1 minute before swallowing. Gradually build up the dose. This is different for every individual. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. Drink water afterwards to help with the taste.
