Directions:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 3 months. Directions: Mix 40g of product (approx 4 heaped tbsp) with 250 ml of water or your favourite milk alternative e.g oat or almond. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds

Mix with oat milk, tastes delicious. Wish it were higher protein percentage, but I drink it as a snack instead of eating chocolate so probably get enough protein in all.

I have also tried the other two Shakes from this brand. Love them all. Tastes so much better than what I had been used to. It helps that I love sour cherries and chocolate. Contains flax and chia as well.
