Directions:
Add 50g to 100-150ml milk or water and mix together. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and all a small amount of oil/butter then reduce to a medium heat and add the batter to the pan and cook.

Good for the macros
No idea why people are struggling with consistency. I literally put 50g (2 scoops) in a jug, add 130ml of milk and whisk until smooth, then heat a pan on medium, cook one side until bubbles form and then flip and cook the other side for a few seconds, it makes 2 or 3 dependi…
