En excellent natural sweetener with no aftertaste. I haven’t had sugar for more than 4 years. I used to shop Amazon for this sort of thing, but so pleased to find that H&B stocks everything I need as I’ve closed my Amazon account.

As a diabetic, I find this the best sugar replacement, as it doesn't have an unpleasant aftertaste like some. This one I use for cranberry sauce, jam & things like that, as it has a slight caramel flavour.
