Do yourself a favour and don't buy it
“Just don't...the dosages are way off and all you will do is spend money on something your body will eliminate through a very stinky and very bright coloured pee..I don't understand why the doses are so high and how it's suitable for daily use. If you eat food..any kind of food then you don't need as much. All it did for me is cause severe bloating and I threw them away. Even a basic multivitamin is better than this if you don't have any sort of massive deficiencies. Buy yourself some fruit and vegetables from the money you will spend on this and you will be better off”

“I've tried different multivitamins from Alive! And I've got on with them well, however when I tried these they gave me terrible headaches (and turned my urine a very alarming bright colour). As soon as I stopped taking them the headache stopped. I went into h&b and the advisor they recommend some different ones which are much better (the h&b own brand ones)”

“Great vitamins and a healthy dose of everything. They are quite large but easy to swallow. The smell is quite off putting but I usually have a large drink to take it with, something like squash with a bit of flavour as the taste can linger I've noticed if I don't drink a few times after. It does make your pee neon for your first few of the day but if dulls Down. I believe it's your body getting rid of the excess B vit you don't need. They are a bit pricey compared to others but ingredient wise I think your getting more than you would in the cheaper ones. I take these as I have a very poor diet and struggle with eating and don't get alot of nutrition through my food. I can't say if it's really having a positive impact but mentally I feel like it Is so far.”
