Drain water from pack.Rinse well 3 times in warm water to remove starch odour.Boil in a pot of boiling water for 2 – 3 minutes then drain.Alternatively dry fry with a little oil on a non-stick pan for 5-7 minutes.Try both methods for your own preference.Then use like normal noodles, add to your favourite sauce, soup or stir fry for a great dish
