Great to mix with other protein sources. I couldn’t eat them as regular as other bars as they are a dietary protein source...note not a complaint..but mixed with other protein sources post workout makes them quality

Tasty and satisfying
Good value for money. These bars are sizeable and chewy. The taste is good and they make a welcome break from a possibly boring diet. I noticed they helped with staving off hunger.
