Lovely eyeliner
I bought this as a replacement for my trusty Delilah eyeliner as part of a cost reduction exercise. It had good reviews. I'm glad i tried it, goes on well & lasts all day. No plastic either! Give it a go.

A soft, high pigmented pencil. Easy to use and wear. Best used with a base or light powder to fix.

Ok if you don't mind reapplying throughout day
