1. Prep. Preheat the oven to (180°C / 160°C Fan / 350°F / Gas Mark 4). Melt 3 large tablespoons of coconut oil and allow it to cool for 1 minute. Line your tin with parchment paper.
2. Make. Mix the milk, coconut oil (2x scoops), Protein world syrup and flapjack mix together until well blended. Spread evenly into your parchment lined tin.
3. Bake. Bake in the centre of the oven for 10-12 minutes.
