Hydrating Toner!
“I tried this instead of my usual toner which I apply with cotton pads. At first the concept of patting onto face seems strange but I like it and no more cotton pads needed! It’s definitely helped with hydration of my skin especially dry cheeks! It doesn’t have a strong smell but can’t quite figure it out. Only bonus if like is a bit more of a scent.”
