Directions:
Take 3 sprays twice daily by mouth. Spray directly into the mouth, hold for 20 seconds, then swallow. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.

Great taste
“This is really palettable and easy to use compared to the larger bottled with pipettes. Great to have in your pocket on the go and I really enjoy the taste compared to other plant tasting formulas. I got this on a special offer so not sure whether I'd spend the full price on it as I've had good results from the cheaper brands but this is by far the best tasting.”
