Rest and Maintain is a rest day recovery protein, designed to give your body a high level of protein to support muscle growth and muscle maintenance, even on rest day. Available in two great-tasting flavours: Chai Latte and Chocolate.

Rest and Maintain is low in fat and sugar, and contains 20g of protein from a mixture of whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate. This protein composition is perfect for topping up your protein intake throughout the day - it also contains digestive enzymes and friendly bacteria.

Directions:

Mix 25 g (approximately three level 25 ml scoops) in 150 ml water.
