Directions:
Before bed, clean your feet and massage in to your feet, heels, toes and ankles. If you have particularly dry heels, apply a generous layer of balm and wear cotton socks overnight.

Great smell and texture
“Balm needs to be soften in your hands before application and then blends in well into your skin. Have been using every night but have not noticed any change to the softness to my feet but is very pleasant to use.”
