“Used these in an ultra run and they were great. Have previously suffered from calf cramp in longer races but 46 miles later I was still cramp free. Don't taste wonderful but definitely do the trick and are a good fit for small running backpacks”

“Easy to use. But recommended quantity is two tablets per 15/ 20 mins during exercise. Up to 50 per day (yes 50) allowed. Therefore there can't be hardly anything in these chews. Not worth it really. Waste of money. Tiny packet came in a box.”
