Joy Makers mix contains cocoa and maca powder to instantly make your day better! Makes 15 brownies.
Just add: 100ml (2/3 cup) vegetable oil, 100ml (1/2 cup) water. Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line the baking tin with baking paper (e.g. 22cm square tin or 27cm round) and grease with coconut oil or butter. 2. In a small bowl, whisk the oil and water until combined. 3. Sieve the mix into a separate bowl, add the wet mixture, and mix together. 4. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 20-25 mins. Once ready, cool on a wire rack, cut into 15 and enjoy!

Organic coconut sugar, organic brown rice flour, organic buckwheat flour, cocoa powder (9%), organic tapioca flour, organic cornflour, organic chocolate chips (evaporated cane sugar, cacao beans, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin), gluten-free baking powder (mono calcium phosphate, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate), maca powder (2%), salt.

Directions:
