As well as being important for blood formation, iron together with nutrients such as vitamins B6, B12 and C contribute to normal energy release, and help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C also increases iron absorption, while copper supports normal iron transport in the body. Feroglobin Fizz has a unique formulation that delivers iron in liquid form and avoids excessive levels, so is gentle on the stomach.

Alongside zinc, iron also contributes to normal cognitive function, while vitamins C, B6, B12 and folic acid contribute to normal psychological function. Feroglobin Fizz is recommended to be taken once daily, and provides iron, vitamin C, B6, B12, folic acid and copper which all contribute to normal functioning of the immune system.
