Directions:
In the shower, massage into wet skin with circular motions, particularly over the thighs, hips and bottom. Rinse thoroughly. For best results, use in combination with Birch Cellulite Oil. To protect the skin’s natural balance, gentle exfoliation is recommended once per week

Sadly dissappointed :'(
“Sadly dissappointed with this body scrub. I was looking for a replacement for Aesop body scrub, as it is much more expensive. I love Weleda's Skin Food for patches of skin that get drier and so need extra nourishment. I also love Weleda's use of organic ingredients in their products, and their body scrub had good reviews. Unfortunately I found the product ineffective at sloughing away dead skin. The paste was not course enough. I have gone back to buying Aesop, as although more expensive, it does an effective job and I don't need to use a lot. I found that even if I used more of the Weleda body scrub, it still would not do an effective job, as the exfoliatung particles are not course enough and there is not enough of them in proportion to the paste. I also found the smell overbearingly lemony. It was like showering with Strepsil.”

Fabulous product to make you feel well and skin in tip top condition
“I love the birch scrub. It smells great and really works at waking you and your skin up from it's winter pallor. It softens as well as gently scrubbing away dry skin. Great to use before getting a tan too, to help keep your colour for longer. Using birch oil in combination gives your skin the best chance of being smooth, soft and firm.”
