- 2 tbsp H&B Dark Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp H&B Haskap Powder
- 1 tsp H&B Beauty Superfood Blend
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 200ml drinking kefir

Step 1
Add all the ingredients - apart from the kefir - to a blender and whizz until you have a smooth, silky liquid (think the texture of double cream).
Step 2
Pour the beetroot mix into the glass, then top with the kefir
Step 3
Mix with a straw – this will give a gorgeous swirl pattern to the drink, perfect for those TikToks!
