Ingredients
2 x bananas (make sure they are nice and ripe for added flavour and sweetness)
245g greek yoghurt
2 tbsp almond butter
3 thumb length slices ginger
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp manuka honey
125 ml water
Ice cubes (optional)
Method

Put all the ingredients into a bowl or jug. Add in the icecubes if using (this will make the smoothie cooler and thicker).

Using a stick blender, blend until smooth.

Divide between 2 glasses and serve with an extra pinch of turmeric sprinkled on top.
