- follow a vegan or vegetarian diet and struggle to have a varied diet
- are pregnant
- are breastfeeding
- have a digestive disorder (like coeliac disease or Crohn’s disease)
When taking
zinc supplements, never take more than the recommended amount (more than 25mg of zinc supplements a day).
