“If you expect to drink this and lose weight, this is not for you. If you would like some help with your weight loss journey, then adding this in to your plan of exercise and balanced eating will certainly help you see a difference. I suffer from IBS and find this helps immensely, especially with bloating. If you don’t like your tea particularly strong, you can reuse your teabags and get more for your money too. I find the night time tea aids in sleep and the day time certainly gives me more energy. Certainly worth a cuppa tea for these benefits!”

Night tea keeps you awake all night with migraine
“Well it’s near midnight and here I am writing this review with an ABSOLUTELY banging headache after drinking that night boot tea. My eyeballs & head has been aching since 9.30pm I cannot sleep after drinking that rotten silly overpriced “tea” poison) I am limited to taking paracetamol or medication due to anaphylactic shock and allergies so can’t do anything about it. Do not waste your money in this. The night tea keeps you awake sll night . The morning tea did absolutely nothing. It’s just mint tea in an organza pouch to mane it look posh. Seriously spend this money in a gym. by the way this tea has given me headaches yesterday too when I had it in the evening. I never get them I’m not stressed and inly got these headaches after drinking this poisonous killer overpriced pointless tea.”

Waste of money, very disappointed
“I bought the tea thinking it’s a detox tea and so I should lose some weight but after drinking it for the whole 28 days not a gram of my weight was lost so no result at all! Very disappointing! Not recommend for the purpose of detoxification”
