Holland and Barrett Super Tea is a combination of Matcha Green tea, White tea and Black Tea designed to aid weight control.
Matcha Green Tea is the finely ground powder of a speciality Green tea which originates from China. Black Tea is a member of the same tea leaf species that has been oxidised for a longer period of time that its green and white counterparts. White Tea comes from the buds and the immature tea leaves that are left to wither and dry in the sun.

Work well enough, good product
“Been using these for over a week and i feel as though these are working. they don't feel as hardcore as some of the other green tea pills and they are light and easy to swallow despite their size. they also smell nice and tea-like when you pop open the bottle. i recommend if you don't want to dive headfirst into stronger supliments.”
