Enjoyed but pricey
“I drink this powder mixed in hot water. However it does not mix at all well just adding a mug full of water, so the best way is to mix the powder into a liquid paste using several drops of hot water in the mug then fill the mug. I love drinking green tea using bags, however compared to Matcha Green tea powder I much prefer the taste of the Matcha White tea powder here. It has a much smoother taste and is very different to that of Matcha Green powder, far less bitter. Too expensive though, I wait for special offers.”

Interesting
“I wanted to reap the full benefits of this so had it neat in warm to hot water without any kind of milk or sweetener and it's very bitter, so not for everyone that way. I also had it in juice but found it didn't blend well and would clump but it dissolved better in water and smoothies. I think having it in a smoothie was the best way for me as the taste was disguised and I didn't have to cook/heat it. I found that when I had it neat in tea or water the first couple of times I would felt quite hungry shortly afterwards even if I had had my fill for the day but unlike Green tea (not matcha Green tea) it didn't help on occasions where I was bloated or experiencing indigestion. Like any herbal tea it's great when incorporating with exercise and enhances the effects but on its own it doesn't visibly. It is the most bitter tea I've tasted and the powder does last a little while, I like the way the tin is re-usable but overall it is on the more premium side and next time I would go for regular White tea.”
