The new formula SUCKS!!
“I've been using this hair dye for years and it used to leave my hair well conditioned, hydrated and shiny. The new formula has the opposite effect: my hair is dull and feels like straw. The colour is not the same, either: goodbye lovely warm natural brown. Please bring back the old formula or I will have to find another hair dye. Your prices are not justifying this poor quality product!!”

Left hair feeling like rope
“Have used this many times in the past, but I have come to the conclusion that the recipe must have changed over the last year or so. The last few times it's left my hair feeling like dirty old rope and it takes OVER 30 MINS to rinse it out!!! Even after a couple of washes now my hair still feels heavy and waxy. Time to find another hair dye I think, which is a shame as I really liked this one, it's not messy or smelly and really easy to use.”
