Rated 4 out of 5 by oat bran as part of a diet We use the Dukan diet and part of that says you must eat oat bran everyday. Every third day I mix 12 tablespoons of oatbran with 3 tablespoons desiccated coconut plus a few sultanas (decide how much yourself by experimenting). I break 3 eggs into a container and mix into that 3 drops of flavouring (I use almond essence extract or Lemon extract) sometimes I will use ground cinnamon in the dry mix) and mix into the other ingredients. The resulting mixture is then put into 6 baking pods (similar to making Yorkshire pudding I suppose) and cook them for 15 minutes at 150 degrees. My wife and myself then eat one for breakfast for the next 3 days before starting the next cycle 04 July 2015
