“I haven't had this cream for long so don't know about long term effects. After application you can feel a slight tightening of the skin but whether this is temporary or will have a longer lasting effect only time will tell. I got the product at half price, but don't think I'd pay full price for it.”

So far so good, felt the benefits very quickly.
