How we're helping
All of us at Holland & Barrett have been horrified and upset by the war in Ukraine, and we are doing all we can to help with the humanitarian crisis.
We stand with the people of Ukraine and all those affected by the invasion by Russia.
We’re here to support the wellness of our colleagues and customers, and care for those in need.
So far we have provided over £380,000 of food supplies to the people of Ukraine and also made an initial donation of £100,000 to the Disasters Emergency Committee, and we’re donating €50,000 to the Irish Red Cross.
How can you help
Below are a list of some of the aid agencies supporting the people of Ukraine and links to their websites.

Unicef Ireland is providing aid in conflict zones and along the country’s borders. The organisation is trucking safe water into areas affected by the conflict, as well as health and hygiene supplies. It has set up “Blue Dot” safe spaces to provide information and supports to mothers and children fleeing the conflict as they cross into Poland, Moldova, Romania and Belarus. unicef.ie/donate/ukraine/#1
Several Irish international aid charities are collecting donations for humanitarian aid to Ukraine under an umbrella group, Irish Emergency Alliance. The group includes Trócaire, Action Aid, Christian Aid, Plan International, Self Help Africa, Tearfund and World Vision Ireland.
It is raising funds to provide urgent supplies, shelter and healthcare to people in Ukraine and refugees in Poland, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia, through local partners in those countries. irishemergencyalliance.org/donate
