There are no downloads required and nothing to install. You can enter the video call through one click from your email and calendar appointment or from the text message reminder.
All our video calls are end-to-end encrypted and fully secure. Each video call has a unique link, which only you can access. Your link automatically expires after the video appointment finishes.
As a customer, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that leads to the online video room immediately after scheduling. In this email you will also find a calendar invitation, so that you can immediately add the appointment to your calendar. You will also receive a reminder email and SMS text message so that you do not forget the appointment and can quickly access the link.
Yes you will be seen on the call as the video option is turned on. You do have the option to turn off your video when joining or during the call, and the advisor will not be able to see you. You will need to keep on your microphone so we can chat.
You can make numerous appointments and you can make several bookings if you need more information.
