Shockingly bad product
“Horrific product, is being returned. Neither 'creamy' or 'luxurious', it's impossible to smoothly apply/massage/comb through hair after washing. It leaves hair matted and like straw, with a horrible dirty, coated feeling, and trying to comb or brush the matted mess out afterwards was a nightmare of knots and left hair pulled out and split. My hair is not problematic and have never, ever had such an awful experience with a product. Quite shocked at Fushi producing something like this, as I've been using their oils for years now and they're the best quality. Sadly no 'zero stars' option, hence one star rating.”

Lovely soothing product
“This is lovely shampoo and conditioner. I was having problems with a patch of very itchy skin on my scalp, it hasn't cleared it up completely but it definitely helps to ease the itch. My hair also feels really nice after using the products too. So I would recommend this conditioner. See”
