Directions:
This product has been specifically formulated to be taken during the menopause. Mix 25g of powder with 250ml to 300ml of cold milk (dairy or non-dairy) or cold water and consume once daily. Gritty & unpleasant taste
“I brought this and unfortunately have not been able to see any benefits as I can't stomach the taste. I could probably put up with the gritteness if it tasted good. I've tried mixing it with yoghurt, berries, smoothie etc but it still tastes awful.”
