Definitely help with hot flushes
“I have been taking these for 12 days now, and right from the first tablet, the sweats stopped. I still feel warm and do get the "flush feeling," but this is far less frequent, and I don't actually sweat. It is just a feeling. Up to now, it hasn't helped with sleep, but it is early days, and I hope this might improve with time. Regardless, I will continue to take the tablets because of the improvement in how I feel to be free from the sweats. I have been able to dry my hair without sweating so much that I feel as though I need another shower straight after it for the first time in 2 years. I did get a bit of acid reflux for the first couple of days, then a bit of a muzzy headache for a couple of days after that. The information with the tablets does warn of this, but after the first 6 days, I have no further side effects, and there is no unpleasant aftertaste with this product. I highly recommend giving it a go if you are struggling with menopause symptoms.”
