Horrible product
“I used to buy this floss and was happy with it. This time, the quality was much worse. It took me 2 days to get it out of my teeth. I binned both refills after that.”

Huge mistake!
“I've been using Georganics dental floss for years now, they've changed the product for the worse, it breaks easily and instead of cleaning the teeth, it left little threads stuck between them! Moreover, they updated the refill format, making it impossible to keep the floss in the old jar!”

How to take a perfect design and ruin it
“I don't know what happened to Georganics. They created a simple and perfectly-designed high quality product and then ruined it by over-designing it to the point where it literally does not work. Instead of the original cocoon rolls of floss, these thread-like spools do not unwind in the bottle. It has to be removed. With. Every. Single. Use. The old design, which was just a lid with a notch, has been replaced with a fitted design that needs a tool like a metal nail file to prise it out. And the floss itself, which was perfect as it was, now shreds to such an extent that I need to floss out the floss. Very dispiriting. There aren't enough eco-friendly alternatives around when it comes to dental hygiene. This product was perfect. And now it's pointless.”

Worst floss ever
“Honestly the worst floss I have ever purchased. Frays easily, stains teeth and overwhelmingly smells of peppermint. It also broke me out around my mouth, I assume because the peppermint is an essential oil. Don’t purchase and wait for the better charcoal floss to come back in stock!”

“Terrible. I have been using georganics refillable floss happily since they released their product. I bought a refill recently from H&B without knowing they changed their product which does not do the job - breaks off very easily and doesn’t fit into my floss holder. Sent emails to both without a response - have now changed my floss for different vegan biodegradable floss from a different supplier. Don’t waste your money until they change the quality.”
