Directions:
Combine in a pot with double the ratio of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for up to 25 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.

Often mistaken with bulgar wheat, cracked wheat uses whole raw wheat berries, meaning it includes the outer bran of wheat so it is packed with fibre!

- Cracked wheat is an incredibly versatile wholgrain! Combine double the amount of water to the cracked wheat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, simmer and cover for up to 25 minuites, or until the water has reduced and you can fluff with a fork!
