“I tried these out for about 3 weeks. They worked ok and lost a little bit. But for what I lost it wasn’t worth it taking them. Then there would give you odd stomach rumbles . I ended up not using them ever again. It’s far better to eat healthy and use the way it should work what’s better solution.”
