“I tried this chocolate today, (bought 2 for 3!) as my usual salted caramel bar wasn’t available. I thought it wasn’t as nice as the salted caramel bar but ok and if it has health benefits all the better. 🧡”

“Taste ok and seems to help. I read a very negative one star review and felt it was unfair and might put people off. I have tried this and the calm bar. I think it helps me. This one does not taste brilliant, but it is dark chocolate which has that bitter taste, so it is ok. Sometimes people expect miracles - it is the menopause ladies, nature makes it a little hard for us sometimes. Be kind to yourself, have some chocolate and get good rest. I recommend this chocolate and thank you H&B for thinking about us with a gentle heart.”

Waste of money
“I don’t know why this is marketed as menopause chocolate but nevertheless I bought it. It was ok, but no better than any other chocolate and not even as nice as a leading organic chocolate at the same price point. Expensive for what it is and poor value for money.”
