Disappointing product
“A bit disappointing, the wand is very short making application of the mascara awkward. It is light in consistency making several applications necessary for any impact on the lashes. Certainly not max volume deep black. I am not a fan of heavy make up but this is a bit 'thin' even for me. However the biggest surprise is that neither mascara (yes I bought two!) arrived sealed....surely such a product from a health and safety point of view should be? As a result I reduced my rating of this product from three to one star.”

Haven't used as not sure it was sealed correctly
“Ordered online and contacted H and B customer service via their contact form but received no reply. Basically I was concerned that this product was delivered with a sellotape seal. I've not seen this before and it makes me cautious about the hygiene factor. Normally this type of product is sealed with plastic that is perforated to open it. I therefore haven't felt inclined to use this mascara.”
