I find boombod an excellent meal replacement. No hunger pangs. 1 sachet well stirred into about 5 ounces of tepid water followed immediately by 8oz of cold water.

Very good tasting gummies. I think they helped me to not be hungry all the time.... I have lost about a stone in weight since April/May time. I cannot wholeheartedly attribute it to these though...!!
