Takes getting used to!!
After a recent health check up, my doctor suggested that I try drinking this stuff to help with a few problems I’m experiencing. While I can’t say I enjoy the taste, I do feel better after taking it for three weeks now. It suppressed my appetite and my acid reflux is gone.

Tastes like vinegar.
Tastes like vinegar, as expected.l, although i thought it might be more palatable, yno with the honey. Tried it straight and tried the 'refreshing drink' recipe, from the back of the bottle. Still felt like I was guzzling my local chippy's vingar bottle. Won't try again.

This works wonders for diet, immune system, health. Goes nice in juice, havent tried it on food yet but have had it on its own a few times too.
