“Been using this a few weeks and only been having 1 shake a day, is quiet filling, I have lost 4lb in my second week, just eating healthy and 1 of these a day is so far good, but I find making the mix up a few hours before you want to drink it, Even then you can still taste the bits of powder but not as bad.”

“I'm new to all this protein shake stuff... so I don't kniw what to expect. It taste powdery no matter how much I shake or blend it... Still has a nice taste... I've taken it twice and I'm already bored of it. I still feel hungry after the shake my concerns are am I gonna get bloated or put on weight for not taking it properly. I'll continue using it and exercising and hope for the best”
