Directions:

Mix 30g (two scoops) with 200-250ml of water, or nut milk, or in a smoothie. Enjoy 1-2 shakes a day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Experiment with the amount and type of liquid you use to adjust the sweetness and thickness of your shake.
