Decent taste & easier to take whilst on a run
I bought several different gels to try on my training runs before my 1st half marathon. These were by far the best for taste & consistency. It's more liquefied than others so easier to take whilst running. Did it make a difference to my energy levels, it's hard to tell, poss…

Good product Great Value
Found the product a little runny but that was no problem as it made it easier to consume. Taste was nice would buy again :-)

Light watery texture, easy to take without water. Not as strong as other gels.
