Our creamed honey is a mixture of wildflower honey and oilseed rape honey. These two honeys mixed together make a beautiful creamed honey, which is perfect for spreading on toast. Creamed honey shouldn't set so you can rely on it when reaching into your cupboard not to be crystallised. This honey is raw so it asn't been heated and only coarsely filtered so it retains all of its goodness.
