Glucosamine and chondroitin are both produced naturally by the body. Glucosamine is produced naturally by the body, but difficult to obtain from major food sources. Quality supplementation is therefore the best way to ensure precise measurable daily doses. Glucosamine is a major structural component within joint tissue and assists the synthesis of important macromolecules including glycoproteins, glycolipids and glycosaminoglycans. These macromolecules are in synovial fluid, cartilage, tendons, ligaments and muscles.
Our formula also includes Vitamin C which contributes to normal collagen formation, and Manganese which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and the formation of connective tissue.

I didn't read everything about this product, just the benefits etc. I realise now that in future I should read everything, as these are three a day tablets. I assumed that they would be one a day. My fault really, but perhaps this could be made a little more obvious, as I wo…

Don't like these at all.
I have stopped taking these hard tablets as they are too big to swallow and I can't be bothered to chop them up everyday.

Poor quality
I ordered this product from early December, but I received product with expire date Dec 2016. I no longer use it, and no longer use products of Holland and Barret. Wait for your response.
