“Improved sleep at night but feeling exhausted in the afternoon. I get up in the morning feeling refreshed and I have uninterrupted sleep at night but in the afternoon I’m exhausted, nothing woohoo keep me awake. I read that vitamin B12 can’t make you feel sleepy and it might be something else missing from your system but I just had a blood test and my levels are normal. I stopped taking them after about 10 days and I started waking up at night again as I did before taking them but I’m not that tired during day time.”
