I think this neck massager does help somewhat but it is quite cumbersome to use. The massager itself is very hard and unyielding. I have to hold the straps down really firmly to keep in place around my neck and with arthritis affecting my hands and wrists, it isn’t at all e…

Really poor item not worth the money
Really really poor item. Buzzes but not a lot else. Has to be plugged into the mains. Has to be held to have any sort of impact. Will be returning the product.
