A beautiful Manuka honey which is not gritty and has a lovely flavour. I use as a preventative through the winter months. A teaspoon on its own or with hot water and lemon. I also have an IBD and find this very gentle on the stomach. Highly recommend.

I now cannot consume honey unless it is Manuka. It’s good enough to eat on its own, I have mine in the morning. It helps keep me regular and as a face pack it keeps my skin clean and soft. Manuka is the way to go.
