Does the job - Excellent
I use this post exercise for my protein shakes. It works extremely well, good quality and I like the fact that it is feminine so my brother knows not to use it! No clumps of protein gets through so you are left with a super smooth drink. I would definitely recommend.

Definitely good buy
I love this shaker bottle. Quality very good. No leaks. I like the mesh inside to stop small pieces of ice escaping.
